About Me

Sebesta-9816F (1)

I was born and raised in California. A pivotal point in my life was receiving Microsoft Frontpage at age 11. I learned how to code, and in high school, I became the Varsity Captain of our Web Design team (really), teaching incoming Freshmen and Sophomores how to code in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP. I also played Marius in our high school's production of Les Miserables. Those were good times.

At college, I was something of a wandering soul: moving to and fro between majors and disciplines, wanting—it seems—to know something about everything. One afternoon, I ran into a friend running somewhere. "Where to?" I asked. "The UX club!" A year later, I was President of that club, cobbling together an self-education in a discipline I had grown to love.

Now, I design graphic and conversational experiences at RAIN.Agency. And whether they're at the other side of a screen or smart speaker, I always strive to focus on the people who using it.
